About RK Beach
Ramakrishna Beach is where Visakhapatnam comes to walk every evening. Along its promenade are the INS Kursura Submarine Museum, the TU-142 aircraft museum, the Kali temple, the war memorial and rows of food carts. The sea is rough for swimming, but the sunrise, the fishing boats and the city lights make it the city's signature spot.

Can you swim at RK Beach?
It is not recommended — currents are strong and swimming is restricted. Rushikonda is the safer beach for getting into the water.
