About Bheemili Beach

Bheemunipatnam was a Dutch trading post in the 1600s; today its beach is one of the calmest near Vizag, where the Gosthani river meets the sea below an old lighthouse, a ruined fort and a Dutch cemetery. The 25-km coastal drive from Vizag is itself the attraction.
