About Suryalanka Beach
Nine kilometres from Bapatla, Suryalanka is a long, shallow beach with an APTDC resort, casuarina groves and a wide sandbar — the default weekend beach for Guntur, Tenali and Vijayawada. Fishing boats land in the morning; evenings are for walking and food stalls.
