About Chandragiri Fort
Founded in the 11th century and the Vijayanagara capital after Penukonda, Chandragiri's fort holds the Indo-Saracenic Raja Mahal (now an ASI museum) and Rani Mahal below a fortified hill. A sound-and-light show runs in the evenings.
