About Mantralayam
Mantralayam is the samadhi town of the 17th-century Madhva saint Raghavendra Swamy, whose Brindavana (1671) on the Tungabhadra draws devotees from across Karnataka, Andhra and Telangana. The Mutt runs guest houses and free meals; the Aradhana festival in August fills the town.
